Alternatively, if you have a Helper Profile or Juggler Profile, you may access the personal information we hold about you via the Juggle Street Platform.
Juggle Street will ordinarily grant you access to your personal information which we hold unless there is a permitted reason for not doing so. If there is a permitted reason for not providing you with access, we will provide you with a written explanation setting out the reasons for our refusal of your request (unless it is unreasonable for us to do so). We will also inform you of the mechanism to complain about our refusal at that time.

We will then investigate your complaint or concern and provide you with our response within a reasonable timeframe. User data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of content, features and functions, products, and online activity. The Juggle Street Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyse how users use the Juggle Street Platform.
