I’m a gentle and loving mum of two girls, (4 and 2) who before starting a family of my own used to be a nursery teacher and then after having children I became a nanny . I have cared for children for over 5 years now and feel I have a lot of skill and knowledge surrounding the early years sector. I’m a very outdoorsy, fun loving and caring character. Having two young girls ,I love to see them having fun with all the activities I set up for them during the week. I love crafting with children , painting, playdough, cooking ! I am very much a healthy home cooked kind of person too and love creating a happy healthy environment for the children around me to flourish and grow. After having my first child I didn’t want to go back into full time nursery work so I looked after a one year old boy , alongside my one year old daughter . It was a great set up as they could play together and learn those important social skills. It also meant I could care for him at my own home which was lovely as my home is always very safe , child friendly and I have many toys and resources here. I am available to work anything up to three -four days per week , 9.30-2 .30( school hours as I need to pick up and drop off. I can work more hours if you are happy for me to bring along your child with me. Can be slightly flexible with times if it’s the right fit! My Facebook is Madeleine burridge feel free to message on there too.
