"Vanessa is amazing. She is proactive, flexible and goes above and beyond on a daily basis. This is our first time getting some help with our daughter so we were a little nervous at first but any concerns were soon laid to rest once we met Vanessa. She is great with our daughter and I just love how they laugh and play together. Vanessa is always thinking of fun activities for them to do and I love how the TV doesnt need to go on because there are always way more exciting things happening.
