PROFESSIONAL NANNY available for CASUAL EVENING and WEEKEND help. I have 18+ years experience as a nanny and preschool teacher and have experience with children from newborn through to teens. Making learning fun is a priority, as is getting outside and having exciting adventures. I offer learning story books for preschool aged children and am able to teach basic Spanish and Te Reo. I encourage lots of outdoor adventures to help keep children active, exploring, and learning about their natural environment. Activities during your child’s time in my care is age dependent, but could include art, crafts, playdough, sand play, trips to parks, beach, surfing, museum, story time, writing, singing, dance, pretend play, dress ups, games etc… I offer help around the home in between naps or activities, have a full clean driver’s licence and a high safety rated car for transportation, and I also send you daily updates and pics of our adventures! I’ve had 16 years experience in child care within preschools and private nannying, as well as coaching waterpolo & netball, and fostering children from all walks of life. I’m a loving mum and teacher at heart. I love to observe children learning either academically, or in life’s everyday situations. I can also teach basic Maori and Spanish for preschoolers to new entrance level while children are in my care.
